The "Sahar: Online Mental Health Support" system is designed to assist volunteers with online mental health support by providing various functionalities. It fetches chat data in real-time from the LivePerson API and uses AI algorithms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to perform real-time risk analysis of conversations and detect high-risk situations. The system can filter conversations by unique identifiers, provide explanations for high-risk classifications, and generate conversation summaries. In case of high-risk conversations, it can trigger emergency mobile alerts to responders. Additionally, volunteers can configure and manage which algorithm functionalities are active within the system
